From 15-17 September the TEA-LP was present at the  3rd International Conference on Solar Technologies & Hybrid Mini Grids to share its approach to skills and expertise development. The conference brought together practitioners from the industry, academia and development institutions working in the field of decentralized energy, to discuss how people in individual countries work on energy access and what solutions already exist. With speakers from over 20 countries and 5 continents, the conference covered technical, business and management aspects of solar technologies and mini grids with the aim of sharing experiences, learning from each other and networking.
