Dr. Mohammed Takase
Transforming Energy AccessDr. Mohammed Takase is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Environmental Science, School of Biological Sciences, College of Agriculture and Natural Sciences, University of Cape Coast (UCC), Ghana. He holds a PhD (Environmental Science and Engineering) from Jiangsu University, PR, China, MPhil (Irrigation Technology), BSc (Agriculture) from UCC, Ghana. He is a Certified Engineer with Institution of Engineering and Technology, Ghana (IET, GH). Dr. Mohammed Takase has several years of teaching and research experience in Energy, Environment and Water as well as Project Monitoring and Evaluation in Ghana and beyond. He has over the years led and partnered with Colleagues in executing projects, monitoring and evaluation. He has conducted several Baseline, Midline and Endline Studies in the Energy, Environment, Water and Related Fields.
Dr. Takase has also consulted for numerous Organizations of World Class including Micmod Foundation, Evangelical Presbyterian University College, University of Cape Coast, Ministry of Environment, Science and Technology, Ghana, Ministry of Agriculture, Ghana, Ministry of Education etc. He has collaborated with reputable Organizations such as UNESCO’s, JICA Ghana, World Bank, Associate for Chang, Ghana. Dr. Takase has a number of published refereed articles and book chapters as well as papers read at National and International Conferences. He has to his credit a number of Project Reports. Dr. Mohammed Takase is also a grant reviewer for several Foundations and Funders.

Dr. Isaac Mbir Bryant
Transforming Energy AccessDr. Isaac Mbir Bryant is a Senior Lecturer, an Environmental Engineer and Scientist who has expertise in Renewable Energy, particularly in the areas of Biogas and Solar Technologies. He had his Bachelor’s Education in Environmental Science in the University of Cape Coast, Cape Coast – Ghana. He then pursued his Masters Education at Wageningen University in Wageningen – The Netherlands in Environmental Sciences, specialising in Environmental Technologies. He later pursued his Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences in Brandenburg University of Technology, Cottbus-Senftenberg, Germany, specialising in Environmental Engineering, with Biogas and Solar Technologies as his main focus. He is affable, a team player and an open-minded person with unique personality suitable for both the academic and industrial settings. He is directly involved with the development of the curriculum for the TEA-LP course one. He is the Departmental Examinations and Registrations Officer for his Department in the University of Cape Coast, where he presently works. His research interests include Biogas and Solar Technologies, Wastewater Treatment Technologies, Waste-to-Energy Technologies and Circular Economy Approaches. He has supervised at least 11 post-graduate students and 30 undergraduate students both locally and internationally.
