The MSc in Sustainable Energy at NUL’s Energy Research Centre is a multidisciplinary programme addressing the engineering of renewable energy technologies integrated with an understanding of the broader environmental, economics and social-economic environment in which they operate.
With the support of the the TEA-LP, this programme now includes a greater emphasis on energy access throughout the programme in various modules. Students aiming to provide students with a thorough understanding of energy solutions for poorer communities.
This degree aims to produce energy sector specialists with a range of hard and soft skills including, communication and problem solving skills, entrepreneurship, as well as technical design and analysis skills, modeling and forecasting, and project finance.
Interested applicants should have a first degree in engineering, science or equivalent, with at least a lower second class pass. Previous experience in the field of energy will be an added advantage.
